Our Products

Six Greek Staples. One Standard.

Every Terranova product is traced to a single region, a single tradition, and packaged in a tier built for your shelf.

Olive trees on a Messinian hillside
Origin — Kalamata, Messinia (Peloponnese) — Herakleion, Messara (Crete)

Olive Oil

High above the Messinian coast, Koroneiki olives ripen under 300 days of Greek sunshine into a bold, peppery oil with low acidity — bottled the same way for four generations. Further south, on Crete’s ancient terraces, the same variety grows under a warmer sun into something softer and more golden. Hand-picked and pressed within hours, every bottle carries the true character of the ground it grew on.

Table Olives

The same Messinian groves that give Greece its finest oil also yield its most famous table olive. Hand-picked at peak ripeness and traditionally brine-cured, they keep a firm bite and deep, fruity flavour prized on tables worldwide.

Raw Greek honey
Origin — Halkidiki, Attica & Arcadia

Greek Honey

Our beekeepers follow the bloom across Greece — from wild thyme fields along the coast, to the pine forests of Halkidiki and the fir-covered slopes of Arcadia — relocating their hives with the seasons, a tradition passed down for generations. Every harvest is extracted cold and jarred unheated, never blended, so the true character of that one region reaches the jar exactly as the bees made it.

Bundles of wild oregano and thyme drying
Origin — Taygetos Mountains

Herbs & Spices

Wild oregano, mountain thyme and bay leaf grow untamed across the slopes of Taygetos, where poor mountain soil and long hours of sun concentrate their aroma far beyond anything cultivated at scale. Hand-harvested at the exact peak of bloom and slow air-dried in the shade, each herb keeps the essential oils, colour and fragrance that mass-dried imports lose along the way.

Block of Greek feta on a wooden board
Origin — Epirus & Thessaly (PDO)

Greek Feta

Made from sheep and goat’s milk grazed on the wild highland pastures of Epirus and Thessaly, genuine Greek PDO feta is still aged the slow way — in wooden barrels rather than steel tanks. That patience is what gives it a tang, crumble and depth that mass-produced imitations simply cannot replicate.

Vostizza currants drying on stone terraces
Origin — Aigialeia & Corinth

Greek Raisins

On sun-drenched terraces above the Corinthian Gulf, small seedless grapes are laid out to dry the old way — under open sky, not in industrial dehydrators — until they concentrate into Vostizza currants. A Protected Designation of Origin prized for centuries, they carry a deep, wine-dark sweetness mass-market currants never quite achieve.
